Technopark implements online complaint registration system

Tvm: Technopark Trivandrum, the leading IT Park in Kerala, has implemented an online complaint registration cum monitoring system for companies working in the campus. All queries and complaints to the Technopark by companies can be submitted using this system. This system is integrated to Technopark’s official website and can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Helpdesk’ link provided on the home page (left side).

Upon submission of query or complaint, a ticket will be assigned automatically to the query or complaint, and the user will get an alert for this via e-mail and SMS. At any time the user can check the status of the query or complaint from website by providing the email address and Ticket number.
