Kochi: Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS), a leading provider of IT, consulting, and BPO services, today announced the expansion of its executive management team to support the ongoing growth of the business. The Cognizant’s Board of Directors approved the promotion of Gordon Coburn as President, Rajeev Mehta as Group Chief Executive – Industries & Markets, Chandra Sekaran as Group Chief Executive – Technology & Operations, Karen McLoughlin as CFO and Malcolm Frank as Executive VP, Strategy & Marketing.

Cognizant’s expanded management team consists of seasoned technology industry veterans with significant experience within Cognizant. Coburn joined CTS in 1996, served as CFO since 1998 and as Chief Financial and Operating Officer since 2007. Mehta joined in 1997 and has played a number of roles, most recently serving as COO, Global Client Services. Sekaran joined in 1994 and has played various leadership roles, most recently as President & MD, Global Delivery. Ms. McLoughlin joined in 2003 and most recently served as Senior VP, Finance & Enterprise Transformation. Frank joined in 2005 as head of Strategy & Marketing.
