Vodafone launches ‘Every Recharge Wins’ initiative

New Delhi: Vodafone India, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, in line with its continuous endeavour to provide unique and differentiated experience to its customers today launched a new initiative exclusively for it’s close to 160 million pre-paid customer base.

The largest nationwide initiative till date, ‘Every Recharge wins’ is an offer true to its word as it awards each customer an assured prize; making every recharging customer a winner!

Starting July 24, 2014, every Vodafone pre-paid customer who does any prepaid recharge (Top Ups, Bonus Cards, Plan Vouchers, etc.) in any of the modes (retail outlets, Vodafone Stores, Online or M-Pesa) will be entitled to an assured reward in the form of free additional voice minutes, internet or SMS. These benefits would be over and above the normal benefits that the customer gets for that recharge. The benefits would be awarded to the customers within a span of 4 hours of recharge. The size of the reward would be linked to the value of the recharge resulting in bigger rewards for higher recharge values, thus making it’s an interesting value proposition.

Speaking about this new initiative, Vivek Mathur, Chief Commercial Officer, Vodafone India said, “Vodafone is always at the forefront of providing customer delight with unique and differentiated products and services. ‘Every Recharge Wins’, is a pan-India initiative targeted at our discerning pre-paid customers providing them added benefits for the same price and encouraging them to recharge big in order to win big.”

After a customer has done a recharge, (s)he will be offered two reward options of free bundles through a Pop Up Menu (invoked through a simple dial in (*599#) activity). Upon selection of one of the reward options, the benefit will be activated immediately.

Vodafone India is a 100% fully owned subsidiary of the Vodafone Group Plc. with operations across the country serving over 170 million customers.
