  2. State wide roll out of electronic service delivery is an unparalleled achievement. It will be tough to emulate this feat for any other state. Akshaya is one of the major reason for the success E-District and Electronic service delivery. Fifty percent of the Credit should go to Akshaya Entrepreneurs who are providing proactive citizen services through ubiquitous Telecenter network. Once all services are digitized the citizen will never have to go to a govt office for any service and should be able get it either online, through mobile or from the CSC.

Absolutely Mr.Korath! Why should a citizen ever go to a Govt office? The Internet should be the only interface between govt and citizen, and that Kerala is slowly achieving…. I wish TN was the first to achieve this, because we rolled out 10 certificates in Krishnagiri district under the e-district project, where the citizen could apply online and get the certificates online, without having to step out of their homes, in 201, but then follow up has been a bit slow. As a former IT Secretary of TN, I wish such projects are rolled out quickly across India….. Go ear meant s need to be felt, not seen..

Congratulations to you and the IT Secretary and the Kerala IT mission for this achieving this stupendous milestone
