Gods Own Developers – Adobe UG meet @ Kochi

Kochi: April 10, 2010 promises to be a happening day, as far as the techies in Kerala are concerned. Kochi will be hosting Gods Own Developers, the Kerala Adobe Users Group meet while the Google Technology Users Group will have their meet in Trivandrum.

The Kerala Adobe user group will be celebrating the launch of the new range of Adobe products and technologies – Flash Builder 4, Flex 4 and ColdFusion Builder at Hotel Woods Manor, Kochi. There will be sneak peaks on the new features of Adobe Creative Suite 5 which will have an exclusive Asia Pacific launch on April 13, 2010. Harish Sivaramakrishnan, Adobe Evangelist (http://blog.flexgeek.in/) will take an interactive session on Fx, Fb, Cf and Fc. There will be other sessions on topics like web technologies and AS3 frameworks.

Speaking to Kerala IT News, Juwal Bose, Director of Csharks and the organiser of the event said the Adobe launch event gives a chance for Adobe users to learn from their creators on what’s new apart from socialising and networking with your peers and other experts in the industry. The event will also mark the first time that Cochin is included as a destination in its worldwide promotional tour by the software giant, another mark of Cochin’s rising superpower status in the IT world.

Though the event is mainly targeted at developers and designers, the event is planned to be helpful to entrepreneurs and business persons as well with networking session to meet and interact with fellow entrepreneurs and developers. Entrepreneurs can also find out how to benefit from these new software wonders by Adobe.

Entry is free for this limited seats event being organized by Gods Own Developers, the official Adobe user group of Kerala. Participants can expect goodies from Adobe for the contests during the meet. A Flash Builder license from Adobe awaits the winner of the best event blogger.
