Flytxt wins IEEE Cloud Computing Challenge 2011 in Athens


Tvm: Flytxt, the Technopark, Trivandrum based provider of global mobile advertising solutions, has won the 2011 IEEE Cloud Computing Challenge – C3 in recognition of its innovation in Mobile Subscriber Fingerprinting using Big Data Analytics. The C3 organised by IEEE, the world’s largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence, aims to stimulate the development of new practical tools and applications in cloud computing.

Jobin Wilson, who is an Architect with Flytxt, presented the paper, he had authored along with his colleague Vikram Garg, at the event which was held as part of 3rd IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing Technology and Science, CloudCom 2011, in Athens, Greece from November 28 to December 01, 2011. Flytxt was adjudged the winner in the Data Intensive Analytics Application category. The IEEE International Conference and Workshops on Cloud Computing Technology and Science, steered by the Cloud Computing Association, aim to bring together researchers who work on cloud computing and related technologies.
