UST Global’s recent acquisition signals an additional direction for the IT services and solutions provider and will result in a range of new product offerings for its clients that are based on Andare’s iDispatch platform.

Andare’s iDispatch product is an Enterprise Mobility solution for the Field Services industry. iDispatch is a client proven mobility solution which increases efficiency while reducing the costs associated with providing mobility to field technicians. Among its features are real-time service appointment scheduling, rescheduling and update notifications; management of time, expenses, parts, inventory, and assets; real-time GPS locations of field service personnel for optimized dispatch management; full CRM integration, Apple Push Notifications, and Google GPS Navigation Maps, to name a few.
Plans are underway for expanding the product line based on the Andare platform, including product development specifically aimed at the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, among others. Products currently available include iSales for field sales and iSalesExec for sales management approval. UST Global will also further leverage the Andare product development capabilities and grow the Northern California office as a product development hub for the future.
