Trivandrum: Navigant India, a Business Process Management company based in Technopark and a subsidiary of Navigant Consulting Inc., a US based consulting firm, has launched its corporate citizenship campaign, One Million by 2020, commonly referred to as 1Mx2020, in Thiruvananthapuram.
1Mx2020 campaign is a worldwide programme by Navigant to positively impact one million youth by the year 2020. It aims to prepare youth for college and professional careers, to empower them to emerge as leaders of tomorrow. Through the campaign, the company will work with students and their families, donate learning and skill development aids, tool-kits as well as financial support. The company will utilize its core practice skills and entrepreneurial spirit in preparing children for college education and subsequent professional success.
As part of the campaign, Navigant India’s employees along with Mahendra Singh Rawat, Country Head; Jeena Peter, Director HR and Mike Von Grey, MD, Navigant Consulting Inc., have supported children of Divine Children’s Home at Poojappura. Earlier this year, the company has helped the orphanage in infrastructure development.
In a release, Mahendra said, “It’s all about bringing change in the lives of needy people in the society we function in, touching hearts of a million people worldwide by 2020. We understand that our biggest reward is the realization that we have made a positive change in someone’s life.”

Their services include Healthcare services (Medical coding, Medical billing and Payment automation) and Financial Advisory (TAS and Consumer Finance). The company employs more than 1,600 people in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
