UST Global CEO bags Good Guys Award 2013 in US


Trivandrum: UST Global, the largest IT solutions and services company in Kerala, has announced that CEO Sajan Pillai has been awarded the ‘Good Guys Award’ 2013 by the National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC), a Washington-based multicultural, intergenerational, and multi-issue grassroots organisation.

Sajan was also appreciated for his efforts as a business leader to promote equality in the workplace. Key to building a healthy pipeline of high potential leaders and in keeping with its commitment towards workforce development, UST Global has several initiatives that help ensure equal representation and opportunities for women across its centres.

A notable one is NowU – Network of Women Ussociates – the charter for this global programme, is helping women within the company and in the community to achieve their highest potential by providing access to other women in leadership roles through mentorships, as well as ensuring opportunities for learning, growth and recognition.

Sajan was also recently listed among the ‘top 100 CEO Leaders’ by STEMConnector® for promoting STEM education among potentially employable youth in different parts of the world.
