Land acquisition begins for Cyberpark

Kozhikode: The land acquisition for the proposed Cyberpark in Kozhikode has begun. Over 4 acres has been registered through negotiated purchase option giving Rs. 1 Lakh for land with at least 6 ft road access and Rs. 85,000 for those without road access.

Negotiated land acquisition approval for Cyberpark

Tvm: Cyberpark, Kozhikode has got approval from the State Government for negotiated land acquisition. The Cabinet has approved the request from the revenue department for a negotiated purchase of the land to develop the Cyberpark coming up at Kozhikode.

Binu Pazhoor has been  named the  CEO of Cyberpark. Cyberpark is the new IT park and center of excellence being developed by the Government of Kerala in Kozhikode in addition to Infopark in Kochi and Technopark in Trivandrum.

Cyberpark to be registered as society: CM

Tvm: Mr. Achuthanandan announced that the proposed Cyberpark in Kozhikode would be registered as a society on the lines of the Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram and the Infopark in Kochi. The Cabinet had approved its bylaws. It had also decided to acquire land for the Kozhikode City Development Programme on a fast track basis.
