Tvm: Technopark Trivandrum, the leading IT Park in Kerala, has implemented an online complaint registration cum monitoring system for companies working in the campus. All queries and complaints to the Technopark by companies can be submitted using this system. This system is integrated to Technopark’s official website and can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Helpdesk’ link provided on the home page (left side).
Upon submission of query or complaint, a ticket will be assigned automatically to the query or complaint, and the user will get an alert for this via e-mail and SMS. At any time the user can check the status of the query or complaint from website by providing the email address and Ticket number. Moreover an alert will be sent to the user when this complaint gets resolved. Hence forth all complaints or service requests will be accepted only through this system.
Mervin Alexander, CEO, Technopark said, “The online complaint registration cum monitoring system will give enhanced service for the companies located in our campus. The system will help us to improve the overall efficiency in the campus”. Companies in Technopark can raise complaints or queries under IT, Finance, Business Development, Administration and Maintenance, among others.
At present there are about 250 companies within the Technopark campus in Thiruvananthapuram employing about 30,000 professionals. This number is expected to increase rapidly once the Phase II and Phase III development of Technopark is completed.
