Trivandrum: DigiVive, a leading digital services provider, has been announced as one of the finalist in TM Forum’s Excellence Awards 2014 in the Open Digital Award category. DigiVive’s innovation in services, execution and excellence in delivery has been enhanced through the technology-agnostic product suite, Xelerate, offered by Trivandrum based SunTec Business Solutions.
Xelerate helped DigiVive in revenue management and business assurance areas like subscriber management, catalogue management, provisioning, charging, partner management and multi-party settlement. SunTec worked with DigiVive to create standard interfaces for the multi-partner digital ecosystem which enabled them to reduce the service roll-out time from months to weeks.
