By end of the decade, the total built up area in the existing premises alone will be 4.2 million sq.ft. With such fast growth foreseen, it was imperative to develop the infrastructure around to be able to meet the growing demand and the four-lane Infopark Expressway and Athulya building are standing testimony for this.”

According to Siddhartha Bhattacharya, CEO, Infopark, “With the increase of companies setting up operations in Infopark Kochi, the vehicular traffic had increased manifold in the last few years. The 2.6 km stretch connecting Infopark to the Airport-Seaport road will now reduce the time to commute to the airport and the city and ease the traffic during peak hours.  A total of 15.3 acres of land was transferred for the road widening and construction based on the administrative sanction received from the State Government. The road will be highly beneficial not only for Infopark but also to Kinfra and Rajagiri Institutions.”
