News update (October 17, 2011)

According to a release from Rubber Board, few subscribers are reported to have experienced difficulties in getting the prices through SMS, after the Telecom Authority of India – National Customer Preference Register (TRAI NCPR) regulations came in force on September 27, 2011.   The subscribers who experience disruption in getting NR prices through SMS are requested to de-activate the DND (Do Not Disturb) registration of their connection by contacting their mobile service providers. This can be done by sending a message to 1909 in the format STOP DND. It will take seven days to de-activate the DND registration after sending the request.
