Vyloppilli Sanskriti Bhavan logs onto cyberspace


Tvm: The Multi Purpose Cultural Complex at Thiruvananthapuram or Vyloppilli Sanskriti Bhavan, as it is more popularly known, has got an address on cyberspace. The website of the Vyloppilli Sanskriti Bhavan was inaugurated by the Minister for Cultural Affairs Shri M A Baby on August 14, 2010.

The Multi Purpose Cultural Complex was launched by the Kerala Government in 2001 with a view to co-ordinate all the functions the cultural heritage of the state in the various cultural fields, for the proper protection, preservation and propagation  of classical and folk forms, art such as architecture and also to create a cultural atmosphere conducive to flourish values like secularism, democracy and humanism, and to establish a well equipped library and Open Air Theatre for performance. Today Vyloppilli Sanskriti Bhavan is a hot favourite for the art and culture lovers in the city.
