Tvm: RM Education Solutions India (RMESI) has launched an additional facility at the Leela Infopark within the Technopark campus in Trivandrum. The new office has a capacity of 217 thus bringing the total strength of RMESI in India to 750. The new centre on the 8th floor of Leela Infopark is in addition to its existing office on the 13th floor and its registered office cum development centre in the Gayatri building.
Chris Clements, Non-Resident MD, RMESI, formally inaugurated the new office on October 17, 2011. In his inaugural address, Clements said, “This new office proves our commitment to our India Operations and the value it adds to the RM group and our customers. With this facility, one fourth of RM Education’s work force will be based in Thiruvananthapuram”.
Connell Viegas, CEO, RM Education Solutions India said, “Today is a major milestone in the history of RMESI. We now operate from three centres within Technopark, developing world class educational products to help teachers to teach and learners to learn. We are proud of what we do and what we have achieved”. He ascribed the success of the organisation to all the staff of RMESI.
RM Education Solutions India, the offshore development centre of RM Plc. UK, was established in 2003 at Technopark, Trivandrum, to provide software development and support services to the RM Group worldwide. Since then, RMESI has been gradually expanding its office space here in different phases. RM ESI is an ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO20000 and BS 25999 certified company. Market surveys and discussions with prospective resellers are in progress for launching educational products and services of RM in India.
