Kochi: Federal Bank has come out with a new initiative for its customers to pay their periodic telephone and water bills automatically by debit to their savings account maintained with the Bank.
Customers of the Bank who are subscribers of BSNL (Kerala) and Kerala Water Authority (KWA) can avail the service through a one-time registration process which is SMS-based.
